Is urethral bleaching elective surgery under most HMO plans?
I need to know, my plan administrator doesn't know the answer to this question. I'm a heavy smoker and drink too much coffee, and my taint is stained. Please help....
asking around as long as i choose a pastel color its fine. stay away from any hint of royal red or neon yellow. and of course bunny white is so last week and does *not* match my personality at all
